Becky is out of BAL Haggerty and Keya who won first in her class and Reserve Grand Champion at the Grand Nationals.   She is as black as you can get.  She has excellent fiber and is very sweet and gentle. In fact she is the friendliest on the farm.  I can halter her anywhere and she comes when I call her name.  She likes to talk, to be kissed and petted, but she is not at all pushy.   Sale Pending

We already had a Peaches so this beautiful peach colored baby was named Nectarine.  She has knock down gorgeous fiber and she is very sweet and affectionate but we feel she is pet quality.  So she is for sale as an open female. She is an awesome PR llama and her fleece was the first to be sold at the Sedalia Fiber Festival.  Even though her parents are very large so I think she's going to be as well.  $1000.   

Even though we were hoping for a traditional appaloosa with her intense appy mom and dad, we were very pleased with this beautiful 1/2 Argentine girl.  She loves to kiss and be petted and with her genes she could throw appy.  In fact our red llamas seem to be more likely to have appys than our appys.  Bonita won a Reserve Chanpion Heavy Wool Female at Saff 2009. $3000. 

Fancy is out of BAL Presidio's and Shangrila's Sally a Hobbes Daughter.  She is a very feminine, pretty girl.  You can see her full sister below.  She turned out to be a very, very heavy wooled adult.  And it looks like Fancy will be to.  $1000

Miss Lucy is a full sister to the best female we have ever produced (who is not for sale).  Miss Rita received a first place in heavy wool and a Reserve champion as a juvenile and went on to get two Grand Champions the two other times we showed her.  $2000

  Lizzie was premature and we had to fight to keep her alive.  But she was a trooper and fought along with us.  Luckily though this was her mother's first baby, Mango was a great mother with tons of milk.  Lizzie has very silky fiber with a beautiful crimp.  She is very sweet.  Her mother held her next baby full term and he is doing great.  Lizzy just won 1st place at SAFF. $1500

This beautiful BAL Presidio baby holds the farm record for birth weight 39.5 pounds, hence the name Amazon Queen.  We call her Queenie.  She is out of our sweetest dams, Shangrila's Chablis.   And she has inherited her mother's temperament.  So if you like them big with flowing fiber and a lovely face, she's your girl.  She is confirmed pregnant via ultrasound by BAL Whisk Me Away for a Spring 2010 baby.  This should be an awesome baby.  $1800

Miss Jilly is a true light wool llama.  She is big and solid with great confirmation and is very affectionate even when pregnant.  She is a wonderful mother. She has had two stunning boys that both did well in the showring.  And Spunky her newest baby is adorable and very sweet.  Jilly would make a great guard.  She last weighed in at 374 and is the first to investigate anything going on. She is for sale with her adorable baby boy, Spunky plus she is bred back to BAL Whisk Me Away for $1750.

Sambuca is a Movin On daughter out of Shangrila's Jelly Bean, a Paso Peru Daughter who is an intense Appy.  She was a great PR llama at Roanoke's Festival in the Park.  She got her first blue ribbon as Heavy Wooled Yearling at SAFF.  She went on to win a first place and Reserve Champion as an Adult. Her first baby took a second and 4th of the Top Five at Five Heavy Wool Male at 5 months and a first and Reserve Grand at 11 months. She is a wonderful mother with tons of milk.  She just delivered a BAL Whizard boy and is for sale with Stryker bred back to BAL Whisk Me Away for $3000.

Miss Judy is named after Judy Fee.  Her mother Keya who won first in her class and Reserve Grand Champion at the Grand Nationals. Her second baby, a gorgeous shiny black female, Shangrila's Miss Rita out of Presidio won her class and Reserve Champion at her first show and two Grand Champions after that.  That's Coal in the background at She just gave us a tiny Boogie Knight daughter, Darlin. Since both parents are 39" we think Darlin with be a "Mini". Miss Judy and Darlin with Miss Judy bred back to Boogie Knight are for sale as a three-in-one package for $3000.

Prissy is out of BAL Presidio's and Shangrila's Sally a Hobbes Daughter.  She has incredible fiber.  It's different than any we have every had.  The first time we groomed her I grabbed the camera to take a picture of the ropes of fiber before we blew them away.  She took a second place and a 4th of the Top Five at the 2007 Virginia Classic, her first show.  Prissy is confirmed pregnant for a Boogie Knight Fall 2009 baby. Will possibly be for sale with her baby.

Lilith is a daughter of Shangrila's Mariah and Power Spike.  She is a light wooled intense appaloosa with loads of stretch.  She is the tallest of the spring babies.  She lets me stroke her down her neck and back just  like a cat.  She comes from a long line of appy's so there is a good chance she will have appy babies.  We found Altanero to add to our herd just for our Power Spike Daughters. Lilith has been breed to Argentine Altanero for a Spring 2009 baby.  Sold

Blossom is a daughter of Shangrila's Strawberry Wine and Movin On'.  She appears to be a creamy white but when we sheared her we found a few dark red spots.  So she could have appy babies.  Her father and mother have both had appaloosa babies.  Her half sister is Shangrila's Delta Dawn  and her half brother is Shangrila's Awesome Dude Sold

Bonnie is a striking Movin On daughter out of Ariel.  Even though she is light wooled her fiber is very soft and shiny.  She has excellent confirmation.  Bonnie did great at Virginia Classic as a juvenile.  She won her class and received third of the Top Five.  She is very affectionate and easy to handle.  She is bred to Boogie Knight for a Spring 2008 baby.  Her first baby the Spring 2007 is a beautiful silky black boy with white front feet that look like spats.  She is for sale with her son by her side Sold
